Harvesting Happiness: Getting Yourself Unstuck to Find Your Happiness

Are you stuck? Are you waiting for the right things to happen so that you can finally be happy?

For many people, happiness is an enigma. Happy comes and goes, yet it is not something that is a constant in life. Yet it is possible for happiness to be one of the most dependable elements of your life.

When we get trapped in the little boxes we create for ourselves, we find ourselves feeling miserable, lost and alone. Maybe we think we need a new job. Maybe we think we need a new partner or more money. Maybe we think we need more time off from work or a nice vacation.

The list of “maybes” can become quite long. Maybe we should stop thinking so much. Maybe we should just make a decision. Just maybe, happiness is a choice.

Have you ever considered that your happiness, or your H-Factor, is a choice or a simple decision you make regardless of the circumstances of your life?

The interesting thing that happens when we surrender to happiness is that the doors around us start to open. Rather than finding ourselves trapped with now way out, solutions seem to appear and new opportunities find their way to us. We begin to see life very differently. Once we make the choice for happiness, we then take the steps that lead us forward on our journey.

Ultimately, choosing happiness will catalyze a chain reaction of new and exciting experiences.
