Harvesting Happiness: What Happy Really Stands For!

    Here’s what Happy really stands for.

    H – Hopeful. Be hopeful that your dreams can and will come true. That each day will bring you something to look forward to.

    A – Adventurous. Never be afraid to do something new. Don’t let negative thoughts hold you back or produce fear in trying something you haven’t tried before.

    P – Positive. Be positive whenever possible. Positive things produce positive people – it’s contagious!

    P – People. Surround yourself with people who make you happy. Also with those who are generally positive. Remember that we can all help each other.

    Y – You. Being happy starts with you. Only you can choose whether you will be happy or not. You may be influenced by other people’s attitudes and feelings, but they can’t make you any one thing. You have the power to insert positive or negative experiences, attitudes and influences in your life. In the end, it all begins with you!
