During stage three breast cancer treatment I was graced with two out of body experiences. I walked away with two reflections: one, how well did I love God, myself and those people around me? Two, how did I connect on a daily basis with my God-given talents and abilities and use them to inspire and bless those people around me?

Align yourself with what you value most in this life.

Did you forget what you value most in this life? Tune into what moves you to linger in a moment.

Don’t miss the opportunity for expansion and growth in the midst of perceived trials and tribulations.

Remain curious and fascinated about every event that unfolds before you.

Look for the lessons and opportunity to grow in the ways of love and appreciation for all of life.

Did you know that you are here on earth to expand in God in the midst of your circumstances? The two greatest commandments lead to your greatest experience of inner peace and calm, you simply forgot along the way as you farmed out your sense of identity to the world around you. It’s time to return to your core desire to love God with all your heart, mind, soul and strength. From this remembrance flows all you need for love and connection with those around you, along with inner peace.

Remember your ability to love and you will remember your worth. As you remember your worth you will step into the experience of going for what you want in this life without fear, doubt and worry. So much of what causes you stress and anxiety flows from your attachments to everything but love.

Any time that you need a certain outcome in life in order to remember your worth and lovability, know that you set yourself up for interior tension. Stress is simply a signal within your body giving you the opportunity to identify and adjust your perception of any situation in life. You can begin again at any moment.

The choice is yours, to stress or not to stress and your choice of response to events around you will make all of the difference in the outcome. Do you believe this is possible?

Try it. The next time you are aware of inner tension ask yourself, “Where I am forgetting that I am safe, even in death, that I am capable of handling any situation that unfolds before me?”

When another human being says something to you that triggers you to forget who you are, remember you are giving away your power to define you. How many times have you non-verbally said to those around you, “Can you please tell me who I am and what I am capable of?” Know that any time you do this you are making an agreement with anxiety. Enough of your antics!

Remember who you are: beautifully and wonderfully created in the image of God, capable of moving mountains and walking on top of tumultuous waters!
