I would want to share three lessons I have learned….

Discovering the Real You

The most important question you can ever ask yourself is “Who Am I?” Sadly, some of us get so busy “doing life,” making money, creating families, running businesses, starting new careers–that we never really stop to figure out who we really are.

Until I learned this, I was weighed down by trying to be perfect and do what others expected of me. I believed my happiness was in the material things, and I paid little attention to what my heart really wanted. I only believed in those things I could see or touch.

My path to self-discovery led me to the principles of the ancient Hawaiian art of Ho’oponopono, which I’m sharing with you here. It changed my life! I got out of my own way and began to trust my inner wisdom, letting the part of me that knows best guide me. I let go of opinions and judgments of others, and myself and now, I have more than I ever could have imagined in every area of my life.

Growing up we are either told to be perfect or we are not good enough. It’s human nature to go through life unconsciously replaying those “old programs” in our heads. The day I realized I could just be myself, a big weight lifted off my shoulders.

Taking 100% Responsibility

Take 100% responsibility for whatever is going on in your life. Once you realize it is just your programs playing, you can choose to stop them. They are like programs in the computer of your mind. If they weren’t installed there, they wouldn’t play.

When a situation comes up, and you know it’s just the programs playing (you’ll learn to recognize them easier as you go along), use the “delete key” in the keyboard of your mind and erase the thought that created or attracted the situation. I know what you’re thinking: How do I know which thought created it? Don’t worry; there is a part of you that knows. You just need to give permission.

Once we take 100% responsibility, we discover we have two choices. We are free to replay the old tapes, or come from a deeper place inside, which I call inner wisdom or “inspiration.” Instead of having to be “right,” blame or judge, we can choose in any given moment to let go and experience who we really are; we have the power to change our lives without depending on anybody or anything.

Letting Go

Letting go can correct a multitude of errors. One of the best ways is to be thankful for everything that comes to you, even when it’s hard to see it as a blessing. When you have a thankful attitude, doors will open and opportunities will abound! They will seemingly come from nowhere! You can simply repeat in your mind: thank you, thank you, thank you.

Saying thank you is a way of letting go, a way of not engaging, not judging, not having opinions. It’s a way of daily living and breathing. As soon as you have opinions of right or wrong, you’re stuck. It’s those old tapes playing again.

Whenever the old programs come up, better yet before they start playing, say “thank you” to yourself. What you are doing is taking 100% responsibility and saying, “I’m sorry, please forgive me for whatever is in me that has created or attracted this into my life.”

Do it and be open to receive. You will be amazed at what God has in store for you when you let go and give permission.

She has crafted a series of keynotes, talks, and seminars for corporations, businesses, and individuals – including seminars for children – that apply the practices of Ho’oponopono to bring companies closer to their full potential and give people an edge at work and in all areas of life.

Mabel Katz’s passion is to awaken our consciousness so we can discover who we are and the power we possess.

Mabel is rapidly gaining acclaim for her work in support of world peace. She has spoken in front of national senates and other influential government bodies and has presented at the United Nations. She has addressed multi-cultural audiences, including those of diverse ethnicities in the Middle East. She says: “I believe if we are to obtain World Peace in a world where violence and hate exist, we must first find Inner Peace. That’s why the motto of my peace campaign is ‘Peace Begins with Me.’ If I am at Peace, the world around me will be at Peace; it is not the other way around…”

Honored with the prestigious 2012 Mil Milenios de Paz Peace Flag, acknowledging her world-peace initiative, “Peace Within Is World Peace”, she was officially recognized as one of the world’s pre-eminent Peace Ambassadors.

Her good works have been acknowledged by the venerable Order of the Orthodox Knights Hospitaller of St. John – Russian Grand Priory in 2013.

Particularly energized working with children, she notes: “We need to start with the children. We cannot allow them to go through what we went through. If they are happy, they will create happy communities, happy schools, happy business and happy and peaceful worlds. If they love and accept themselves, they will be able to love and accept others. If they know that they are unique and perfect the way they are, they will admire differences, appreciate diversity and respect others.”

No matter what outlet she uses (books, live seminars, teleseminars or radio interviews), she teaches people everywhere the secrets to a happy and joy filled life with Ho’oponopono. Her unique presentation goes to people’s core, their soul, and gives them the tools they need to create lasting results.

Today, Mabel maintains a busy global speaking and seminar schedule. She has presented all over the world in 68 different cities from 34 countries and has authored several books, including a wonderful children’s book, and her works have been published in almost 20 languages:

Based on using forgiveness and gratitude, her presentations focus on practical ways for reaching what she calls Zero Frequency®, a state where we are free of restrictive memories and limiting self-talk. From the clarity of Zero, outstanding solutions become apparent and excellent choices can be made. Zero Frequency® is a registered trademark of Mabel Katz. She presents it to individuals, corporations and companies.

  1. A wonderful reminder to stay focussed on what is right for ourselves and the goals God has set before us. God gives us each a path to follow. It is not a path for someone or something else. It is our path. It is a part of our purpose that we must fulfill to succeed in accomplishing our integral part in God’s great plan. When we get sidetracked or feel unimportant, it is easy for us to run down rabbit trails avoiding our focus and our purpose God has set before us.

  2. You have only touch the subject of who you are? but never into it, Who are you really? beyond any doubts, and What are you? How did you find out who you are? That is what people want to know not touching something and writing 7 ways of staying happy by some of the stinking girlie magazine. I am sorry for put it in like this you could have written in a much more deeper level. Thank you for your effort Blessings.
