Losing both my mother and sister by the age of nine, I figured that our family had reasons to be unhappy. In my teens I began to look for ways to enjoy my life, only to discover that people all around me were unhappy for no reason!
Hating their jobs, their bodies, relationships and each other were just standard daily fare!

I am now in my 50s, happily married, live in a gorgeous rural English village, have great health, and make some of my income from my self help work online and some from psychiatric nursing.
