If you’re sitting at your desk or on the sofaSuperstar reading this, know that having the best year ever is entirely possible.

The possibility of an entire year can last far beyond the first two weeks after New Year’s but you will have to do a few things to make that happen. Most of them are as simple as brushing your teeth and done as regularly as brushing your teeth.

Receive yourself the gift of knowledge that your body is giving you the signals about an issue or situation.

Give what you want most – if you want money give money (I hear all the time that I don’t have the money for… and yet somehow money shows up for a vacation or new pair of shoes. Be honest with yourself and rather than saying I don’t have the money, tell the truth. Maybe you don’t understand the value. Maybe you’re nervous or afraid. Most likely you have some ancient programming or hooks that are creeping up around money. This same thing applies to time.)

Take care of yourself so you can solve the world’s problems (well not a good idea to solve the worlds’ problems but take care of yourself first so you can do your best for your business, your family, your friends, your sanity.)

Get someone to work with you on your energy. Energy is everything and without the energy to do something you will get frustrated, angered, annoyed, or make poor decisions etc, more easily.

Be grateful for what you have rather than what you do not have.

Recognize that you deserve more than you could ever know and that only you are holding that back, not the creator.

Smile a lot more. Maybe even smile for an entire day. Wouldn’t that be an amazing feat.

Meditate daily. You already meditate (learn more about that in my book Learn to Meditate in 2 Minutes for the Lazy, Crazy and Time Deficient) on a lot of what you don’t want. Why not learn to meditate in a way that will give you maximum benefit?

Create a schedule for each of these so they become second nature, just like brushing your teeth.

Just as a candle cannot burn without fire, humans cannot live without a spiritual side. ~ Buddha
