Creating greater inner peace in your part of the world is a way to empower new possibilities for your life, relationships and the planet.

1. Start in your heart.
Widening your heart to the places in your life where you feel resentment, anger, and guilt is a way to bring inner peace to unfinished business from the past. Make time for understanding and forgiveness. Bring self compassion into your body-mind system with each breath. In every moment is the opportunity to see the world in the present from a more self-loving place.

Your parents, boss, partner, ex and your earlier evolution of self did the best possible based on self-awareness at the time. It is not the experience you had in the past, but your resonance with the event today, that makes the difference in how you experience life today.

Take the opportunity to look at your needs that were not met in these earlier experiences, and to bring greater understanding and compassion to the message within that is in need of support and healing. Then take the higher lesson and message into your life in the present. This will allow you to apply what you have learned to what is unfolding in front of you today.

In this way you will feel more energized, discerning, and able to tap into new possibilities. For you are only able to experience as much love, joy, feeling of being centered and empowerment in your life to the degree to which you are able to feel all of your emotions and to allow them to inform your life.

2. Energize your health and relationships with gratitude.
As you feel more at home within yourself, you then can take nurture from home, the Earth itself. Gratitude and appreciation for all the ways you are taken care of, looked after, and have had needs met helps you to feel more grounded. Spending time in nature and in your heart with gratitude and appreciation are important tools for your health and relationships.

It helps you feel more oriented to the present, and creates the feeling of more safety and trust. It allows your body-mind system to work more effectively. When you to apply this anchor feeling to your current life situations, it helps you to be more aware of your self-care needs, and to register where you need to time for introspection, or time with others to share the warmth and joy of connection.

3. Tune into your heart and explore your part!
Humanity is entering a new era. It is vital to work together for sustainability. You are a part of this transforming energy. Caring for all sentient beings is an act of personal and global preservation. At this pivotal time, working together to sustain life will make an important difference. These are extraordinary times that open themselves to new ways of seeing and experiencing life.

Even doing something small can start a ripple of positive change: know that you have a vital part in this wondrous adventure!

  1. I think you got it Kimberly. That is awesome. It took me a long time to understand who I am, and who I thought I was. Today my life is about learning from yesterday, and living for today, with the hope of tomorrow. Everyone has trama from the past. Its a learning from the past, to be comfortable in my skin today, and make the right choises to be kind, respectful, and compassionate to myself, so I can love myself, and love you, and humanity. It gets me father from selfcenterness, to be of service to society.
    Lots of Love, Patrick
I always say that, to remind myself that I love me.
