Carla L. Picardi has a degree in Architecture and Design, and over 30 years’ experience in leading people to create a vision, and to make that vision a reality in design, property development, concept development, project management and people development. Carla was awarded the prestigious Loeb Fellowship for Advanced Environmental Studies at Harvard University Graduate School of Design for her work on Canary Wharf, London UK, where she was one of the original eight people who created its concept and one of the Project Executives who implemented Phase 1. Carla was the Project Director for the Pre-construction Phase of the iconic Gherkin in London, which received the first planning permission in over 30 years for a tall building in the City of London and won the 2004 Stirling Prize for architecture.
Carla has been a Vice President for Citibank and a strategic development adviser to the BBC. She consults on architectural projects of all sizes, lectures on design, complex development projects, leadership, coaching and various other topics. Carla is a Certified Professional CoActive Coach (CPCC) and a member of the International Coach Federation; and coaches students and executives worldwide.
