In 1999 Lesley Rodgers became Scotland's first female Fire-walk and Empowerment Instructor working with people in various stages of change; her main aim has been to help others overcome dis-empowerment and life traumas to reclaim their Personal Power, enabling them to get closer to attaining their full potential.
She engages with people in recovery from addictions, inmates in prison settings, with managers who want to create more responsibility and accountability within their teams and high-achieving individuals who crave reaching new heights in their careers by breaking through their own barriers to success.
Firstly, Lesley's a Human Rights activist; using her power to 'right' human wrongs. She's also a qualified Holistic Therapist, Reiki Master/Teacher and NLP Practitioner who integrates her knowledge of soft (internal) Martial Arts, Kriya yoga and her life's learnings in her Personal Development training.
Lesley's first book, Spiritual First Aid: A Pocket Journal, will be released later this year.
In short, she's a campaigner for the betterment of human-kind.
