Sheila Viers is the co-founder of the premium fitness and yoga bag brand, Live Well 360, author of the "ROCK Your Dream Body” Program, and the healthy comfort food cookbook, Eat Well 360.
After years of yo-yo dieting, over-exercising, and issues ranging from food sensitivities to hormonal problems, Sheila transformed her relationship with food, her body, and her life, and as a result, healed her body, now maintains a 35 pound weight loss, and finally feels empowered in her life.
Along her journey to becoming healthy and fit from the inside out, Sheila and her husband, Ryan (who also maintains a 80 pound weight loss), could never find a gym bag that measured up to the level of quality, functionality, and style that they needed. So, after two years of research, design, and planning, Sheila and Ryan created their line of premium gym and yoga bags. Live Well 360 bags have been featured in top publications including Oxygen Magazine, Experience Life Magazine, the German edition of Shape Magazine, LiveStrong, FitSugar, and SparkPeople.
In addition, Sheila has been featured on Yahoo Shine, Glo MSN, Fitness Magazine, Experience Life, and Livestrong for her inspirational perspective on how to end self-sabotage, get your dream body, and feel amazing in your skin.
