Wisdom From Bodhi

Do you want to get our home destroyed? Or do you want to help? Let’s start to make our wonderful world a better place!

First of all, you can recycle. Don’t throw everything in the trash! Some of the things, like plastic, glass and paper, you can put in the recycling can. This is how you take care of our amazing environment: reduce, reuse, recycle. We could all help by picking up litter and putting it in the proper cans. Don’t litter!

Second of all, I want you to get electric cars. This will help us to stop breathing in pollution! We want clean air and we might die if we don’t have it. Ah! Clean air!

Third of all, I want you to know our tropical, lush rainforests are in danger, because people are cutting down too many trees to grow grass to feed cattle to make hamburgers. Lots of vegetables and lots of plant protein make you strong and healthy without hurting the rain forests. Also, don’t use paper plates or paper cups because they can come from the trees of the rainforest and that is very, very bad.

Fourth of all, I want you to know to not dump stuff that doesn’t belong in the sparkling ocean. It kills the fish. It turns the water brown. If you see dirty water, don’t drink it! Clean water is what we need to drink. Ah! Clean water!

Take care of the helpful environment! It gives us what we need. We should be proud of our wonderful environment. This is what we need right there!

And I’ll see you all out in nature! There’s something I want to ask: who will take care of our awesome home? The Earth is beautiful and you know it!

I have one last question: Who Will Be Green?!

Wisdom From River

Everybody needs water and air to live. That’s why pollution of water or air is bad. There are many ways to protect the water from water pollution and air from air pollution.

Clean water is good to drink; it’s clear and fresh!

The animals love clean water. Water can be the home for some animals and they need it to survive. Water pollution does destroy their homes, so let’s stop polluting the water.

Clean air is good to breathe and smell! Clean air makes you feel happy and healthy. So let’s stop polluting the water and air!

Let’s get together and protect the rainforests, as well. It’s home to lots of beautiful animals. The cloudy rainforests are beautiful, fresh and green as well.

Some of the animals living there are the long anaconda, the largest rodent in the world called the capybara, the colorful macaws, the howler monkeys, tiny tree frogs, colorful toucans, gentle, powerful gorillas, and jaguars with big growling teeth.

Most of our clean air comes from the rainforests.

Don’t buy paper things made from the rainforest’s trees. My family only uses cloth for napkins, trying to help not cut down the rainforest.

If we cut down trees, that will pollute the rivers. Without the roots of trees, the dirt falls into the river.

Every water animal needs its home to be clean!

The reason I’m talking about protecting the clean, clear water is because the water animals need their homes to live.

Join me so that animals can keep their homes.

Let’s protect our almost extinct animals and don’t let them get harmed, because they are beautiful!

And to make all this happen, we need peace on Earth!
