Imagine you are in a cathedral of tall pines, stretching hundreds of feet into the sky, the golden sunlight slanting down in shafts through the branches. Peace fills your heart as you walk through this perfect creation. Or maybe your perfect place is a beach of white sand; the crash and murmur of the ocean, warm sand squishing between your toes and massaging your feet, the caress of a warm breeze on your skin, your body soaking up the glorious sun and sensations.
This place, wherever it is, even if it is only in your mind, is a special place for you, a place where you can connect to your inner soul and the beauty and peace that is yours naturally, because you are a part of creation.
The natural world is especially conducive to reaching that place within ourselves, because there we see reflected all around us the perfection of creation. Peace and beauty are all magically working in perfect order.
When you are in that place, you can feel God holding you in his hand, cradling you with eternal unconditional love. Your heart fills with peace, and you are renewed.
When life is hard, you can revisit that place, either physically or just with the power of your mind – perhaps through meditation.
We all have the power to change ourselves and the world. As difficult as this seems at times, we do command the power of our thoughts and feelings; this creates the energy that guides our lives. You can create a universe of love and joy. Find that place within yourself where you can touch, see, and feel that loving and beautiful part of yourself that is a part of all of creation, and it will grow.
The more you are in this place of positive energy, the less negative energy will have anything to attach to, and it will end up bouncing off you. If you are feeling negative, that is what you will see and attract; it is what is likely to stick to you, because you are resonating to that energy.
But much of our most powerful energy is held in our subconscious, in beliefs, fears, and desires buried deep in our psyche where they can be difficult to see or change. To bring these energies to the surface and release long-held trauma, I recommend energy therapies, especially high-potency homeopathy, whole body vibration, meditation, and intuition.
The Universe is always trying to help us to grow, to raise our vibrational energy, and reach our full potential. Have faith, listen to your heart, and use your brilliant mind to help you find your true path. Most of all, remember that there are gifts for you everywhere, just waiting for you to see them.
Immensely powerful inspiring and encouraging. Thank you for sharing.
Becky – wonderful reminder of how easy it is to escape to a good place in your mind. From there, it is much easier to reason things out and move forward more proactively. I have used a scene located in the Tetons for many years. I even found a poster at the park one time that was so close to it that it now has a place of prominence on my bedroom wall.
