I love this thought! This has only ever been possible for me (thus far;) as a part of a supportive community that helps me to see the tired, old story, to identify resources, within myself and the world, and contribute to a new and/or broader narrative. What are your thoughts on this? Thank you!
A supportive community is wonderful – happy to hear it sounds like you have one. Anytime you fully engage with something that is right in front of you or when you listen to another fully, without applying what he or she has to say to yourself, then you are disengaging from your story and you may just surprise yourself by discovering spontaneous well-being and skills you didn’t know
you had.
