Dr. Helen Thomas has been a Doctor of Chiropractic and Ayurvedic practitioner for over 20 years. Helen is the author of multiple books and articles on the subjects of health, beauty and wellness. She has been a doctor of chiropractic for 26 years and currently is in practice with her husband in Northern California educating patients in the healing techniques of Ayurveda, India's 6,000 year old health science.

Dr. Helen is currently a teacher, lecturer and counselor of the science of Ayurveda. Dr. Helen Thomas has mastered the art of Ayurvedic pulse diagnosis after studying with Dr. Deepak Chopra, Dr. Narendra Pendse, Vaidya Ragu and others.
