If I could share 500 words to inspire, this is the important wisdom I'd want to pass along to others...
I’ve lived in lack. For instance, for a time in my early days I survived on anemic welfare checks and degrading food stamps. And there was a time I lived in a 12-foot-long trailer with another person. I’ve lived in abundance. For instance, I’ve had two six-figure windfalls come in within a three-month period. And I’ve gone years at a time not having to work a job, having had enough money to live on.
I found that financial lack often meant I had to do work I disliked doing in a place I disliked being. I’ve learned that financial abundance means I can stay home and do what I want when I want and how I want.
What I know is that with money, and the freedom it can bring, people can become so much more of what they were meant to be. Imagine you have enough money to live wherever you want, however you want. Imagine you can spend your time however you like. With significantly increased financial resources, would you be able to evolve and grow in ways you wouldn’t be able to otherwise?
What I want you to know is that abundance is your divine birthright and that money allows you to have abundance in most areas of your life. You were born to have an abundance of all of those good things you desire.
If you are working at a job you find boring, grueling or distasteful, then I believe you are wasting a large part of your life. You may be providing for your family and meeting your financial obligations, but at what cost to you? At the cost of your soul perhaps?
What I want you to know is that you do not have to compromise. You were born with the God-given ability to use the power of your mind to attract whatever it is you want and need. There are certain metaphysical and mind-power techniques which you can use to transform your life.
Some people think it’s wrong or unspiritual to want to have a lot of money and an abundance of financial resources. What I want you to know is that in this world we live in, money buys freedom. The more money you have, the more freedom you can have. The more freedom you have, the more you can express and grow in the ways you were born to express and grow.
I want you to know that money, freedom and abundance are good things. I want you to have the financial resources to live your life your way. I want you to be free to express yourself and to do those things you long to do. I want you to know you deserve that, and I want you to know that the world needs you to do it because it needs you to be what you can become.
What I want you to know is that you are here to live life and you are here to live life abundantly.
