Green Smoothies!

I'm embarrassed to remember back a few months ago when I was discussing health on the telephone with Vitamix president Jodi Barnard, and I proudly shared that I'd just had a smoothie for breakfast. Inspired by Vitamix

For the last month I've been consulting on a project for one of my favorite companies- Vitamix. I'm helping them compile a book of inspirational stories to celebrate their 90th Anniversary. When I was first approached about the project, I have to admit my first thought was, "a book about a blender?" Boy, did I have a lot to learn!
