Prior to forming JIMPACT, Jim held leadership and consulting roles for the Bob Pike Group (1998–2002), Simmons Associates (1998–2001), CoreStates Bank (1996–1998), the Vanguard Group (1993–1996) and Prudential (1984–1993). His focus, he says, "is on personal power – I want to create a mindset shift in my learners – I want them to take 100% responsibility and accountability for their behaviors, actions and results. This will help them reach phenomenal levels of performance."
