Elese came to consulting and coaching from a wide and varied business and technical background in global corporate management and technology. She was a program manager in charge of delivery and people management for global business transformation programs and was the Head of Project and Program Management for British Telecom Americas.
A former graduate lecturer at Westminster University, London, Elese also speaks 4 languages and spent 10 years as a conference interpreter at the European Parliament. A little known fact about Elese is that she was the first coordinator of translations for The Course in Miracles and worked with the Foundation for Inner Peace throughout the 1980's.
