We all have a tendency to look for shortcuts – easy solutions. We think life will be perfect if we lose 20 pounds, have a face lift, get a better job, find the person of our dreams . . . (fill in the blank). We put too much faith in passing fads that offer unrealistic guarantees—we will feel better, look younger, and have more than what we have right now.
While there is no magic elixir that guarantees eternal health, happiness, and youthfulness, there are many important tools that can radically change our entire concept of aging.
Fact is, aging is not about chronology; it’s about biology.
You can start growing younger tomorrow. The keys to feeling and staying young are within our grasp.
We need to be vigilant in how we protect ourselves and support our health. Environmental toxins alter our DNA. They damage our immune systems. They increase our predisposition to illness and disease. This means to avoid the foods, toxins, and even the people who sap our strength and distract us from our true potential and purpose in life.

We need to simplify, and that means not just getting rid of stuff, but de-cluttering our lives so that we focus on the things that really matter. There are so many techniques to actually open the doors to better brain wave optimization and energy flow in the body.
In fact, Nature has always been on our side, giving us the unique ability to self-cleanse—to get rid of the waste, impurities and toxins that compromise our health and cause disease. At 65, I look and feel better than I did in my 40s. People always assume the worst if you look and feel young. That is something we have to change as a culture.
