If I could encourage humanity to do anything, it would be for each individual to always stay true to him or herself. Throughout my creative journey, I have learned that everyone may not understand or encourage your visions, but it is not up to them to do so.
I believe that each of us has been given a divine purpose. Once you realize what your talent or gift is, as well as what you feel you were created to achieve, hold on to that. It is your truth, a realization that no person can take away from you unless you give them the power to do so.
I have learned that everyone’s path is different. In life, you will only be truly happy if you do what you love and travel your own course instead of following someone’s blueprint for your life. In my works, I encourage women, especially young adults, to embrace the person they are and to never feel ashamed or embarrassed about anything they have been through.
Those very experiences are the elements that help to shape the person you are or the person you wish to become. Working through my own experiences, both personal and professional, I have been able to find my voice despite the many obstacles that have been presented to me, including being told that I would never make it.
Having realized my talent and being determined to be successful at it, despite the odds, I am now in a better position to exercise my voice and help others to realize that they too can succeed in whatever it is they strive for.
Over time, it has become clear to me that what matters most is that you live the life that makes you happy. The key to doing this is to remain true to you. So often we compare our lives to others and their standards, consequently measuring our success against theirs. This error causes us to sell ourselves short, diminishing our overall happiness as we try to obtain what someone else has or says we should have.
But, I’ve learned that success is relative. It is up to you to determine what you want or need in order to view yourself as successful on your own terms.
Once you accomplish realizing your purpose and your talents, creating your own path towards obtaining your goals, finding happiness and joy in what you do, and continue to remain focused on your vision, all other things will fall into place, be it wealth, stability, or whatever you personally define to be success.
But most importantly, you will then be better able to be a beacon of hope or a help aid to someone else whom your story or journey may inspire.
Hi Kenni! Thank you for this post. It is so clear and so encouraging. I can see why you work on creating great experiences for young people, especially young women! What a terrific mission in life! I look forward to getting your books on my Kindle, as mysteries are always fun. When is your birthday? (My mission as an astro-biographer is to look at people’s birthdays and study their lives, identifying and utilizing their strengths so that others find kinship there and push past their own constraints and challenges.) Also, I just love your photograph, as it shows a confident, knowing, and beautiful woman! (It’s all in the eyes….) God bless you.
Amazing inspiration one of the best ever Thank you for sharing….
Amazing advices and inspiration. Thanks a lot.
Thanks Kenni,
I wish someone had told me this many years ago. This was such an encouragement. I am so inspired!
Very well written 👍😊. I agree we need to look for and cherish our own unique gifts instead of following the most popular path. The world would be a much better place.

Unquote.
Thank you Kenny:) Love
Apologize for error spelling your name. I mean Kenni instead of Kenny.
“Working through my own experiences, both personal and professional, I have been able to find my voice despite the many obstacles that have been presented to me, including being told that I would never make it.” ~ excerpt from article
“You would never make it”… make WHAT?
Being WHO & WHAT you are as a CREATION of ALMIGHTY HOLY LORD GOD?
No-ONE has any right to tell anyone WHO &/or WHAT they CAN or CANNOT BE, DO or HAVE!
This kind of mentality will ULTIMATELY only harm the one who engages in it… YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW, sooner than you think!
LIFE is a MIRROR constantly REFLECTING what is “SEEN” IN IT… sooo WHAT DO YOU SEE, THINK, DO? LIFE WILL GIVE IT TO YOU!
Thank you, Kenni for sharing your GOD GIVEN WISDOM… at whatever “age” does NOT matter, as we are NOT bodies, but SPIRITUAL BEINGS having human experiences.
“We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are SPIRITUAL BEINGS having a human experience.” ~ Pierre Teilhard de Chardin
JOYously AWESOME & PROSPERous NEW YEAR, TWENTY TWENTY-FOUR!
