4 Practices for a Healthy, Happy Inner Child

I would speak about what I have learned from the angels of transparency who have inspired me throughout my life.

Look inside yourself and heal your inner child.

This is the part of you that you have hidden for such a long time, that you have abandoned and rejected.

Doing this for myself, I felt like a new world was coming to life – like I was reborn. It felt like my skin was being regenerated somehow and that all my old issues were being healed and addressed.

When we heal our inner child, then we can think of moving forward and healing other people or showing them how to do so for themselves. It is very important that we all do this at this particular time on the Earth when there are a lot of people who fear for the future, who have lost their jobs and are in need of a big shift, a big change and a greater transformation that can only come from within first of all.

Cut the cords that bind you to people with whom you have interacted and who have left imprints in your aura that don’t need to be there anymore.

Cut those cords, made of fear, resentment, anger and hate, so your aura can be more expansive and filled with love, light and joy.

Heal your heart.

Know your inner child, love him or her, and nurture him or her with Love and Laughter.

Get to know your real self, the sensitive person you have always been.

Become more intuitive, with your third eye wide open to see, perceive and feel more.

This world is split in two, like two halves of an orange. On one side, there are the Lightworkers: those who live in the light and who are aware of the energy and vibrational treatments. The ‘lights’ are their hearts sparking to life, a little at a time, so the people are lighting up too.

Little by little, Lightworkers everywhere are lighting up. People who will have been thus ‘illuminated’ will re-establish internal peace, serenity, joy, communion, brotherhood and harmony – all vital to our Future Earth.
