You Were Born to Be Brilliant

If I could share 500 words to inspire, this is the important wisdom I'd want to pass along to others...

  • No matter what your background, where you live, how you were raised or what you have (and haven’t) experienced in your life, you are a brilliant, bright magnificent being and your purpose here on earth is to shine your light and be who you were born to be.

So many people allow themselves to live from their past, carrying with them old outdated patterns and beliefs that do not serve them on their journey. Understandably, as the unconscious patterns that can run our lives without us knowing it can be very insidious, sneaky and coercive in getting us to stay safe, to blame others rather than take responsibility, and keep living in a “box” that doesn’t allow us to be all that we’re meant to be.

It’s a magnificent and powerful day when you begin to realize that everything that’s ever happened to you and everything you’ve ever experienced – both favorable, joyous experiences and gut-wrenchingly painful experiences – is all part of a Master Plan. This is now and always only ever will be moving you toward you highest good.

Nobody is born to suffer, complain, blame and play it safe until the day they die. Nope. Rather, you were born to have experiences that provide you with the most stunning combination of wisdom, knowledge, courage, strength and heart to be a force for good in the world.

It’s difficult to imagine that the challenges we face are working for us – in our favor. Right? Things like illness, cancer, divorce, bankruptcy, and death of a loved one aren’t the types of things anybody wants to experience. Yet, we all go through our own “dark night” experience. And if you remain open to receiving its gifts, you will find yourself stronger, more courageous, more grateful, more peaceful, and freer after this challenging event than you were before.

I know from my personal experience going through bankruptcy and foreclosure that it was what I call “the best worst time of my life.” Because it was – the worst and the best all wrapped into one. And I’m grateful for having gone through that for who I’ve become in the process.

Also, in training thousands of transformational authors and coaching hundreds of them personally as they wrote their stories… I have seen the power of the human spirit in profound ways, and the wisdom and courage that come from facing adversity and extracting every possible gift it has for you.

So, as I began, I will close by affirming that no matter what your background, what you’ve experienced, or how you were raised… you were born to be a bright, shining, magnificent being who is liberated from all that’s held you back in the past. And, as long as you are willing to believe this for yourself, and work toward it’s realization in your own life, you can. And that is what I wish for you.

i agree with you to the extent that brilliance can make all the difference: however I’d hesitate before mistaking the humble force field to become that with predicating that I was, somehow, born to be that………
