Listen to and act on your truth.

Based on the 25 years I’ve been facilitating people, I can say that one of the most common “diseases” that many people suffer from is the failure to live by their truth.

I see too many people that live the life that they were conditioned into living by adhering to standards other than their own. They don’t live the life that is suitable for them, one that allows them to express their unique individuality or that is aligned with their individual truth. This entails the price of constant inner conflict and lack of personal realization and fulfillment.

From a very early age, through direct and indirect messages, we learn who we are and what is valued by our environment. We seek to appease social standards by adapting and striving to achieve external standards of valor, beauty and success instead of looking for those definitions inside us and following our own truth.

So much so that many are unaware of what their truth actually is.

Think what it would be like and how much benefit you would gain by realizing who you really are.

First of all you will experience inner harmony because being aligned with your authentic self eliminates conflicts between the “mind” (that part of you that strives to appease your environment) and the soul – your real self.

You will have more self-confidence, focus, clarity, motivation and inner strength because when you act on your truth you realize much more of your true potential. You connect to aspects of yourself that were previously unavailable to you, often surprising yourself with the talents you have and how much you can actually do!

You will enjoy what you do, making it so much easier to stand out in the crowd and excel.

You will feel good about yourself. You’ll be content, fulfilled, and just plain happy by leading a more stimulating and meaningful life.

Decision making processes will be easier because it will be obvious to you what serves you and what doesn’t. In this state, choosing what supports you becomes second nature.

By bringing forth your natural resources you will empower your environment and become a model and inspiration for others to reclaim their truth too. Your relationships will be healthier because you will have more to bring forth and will feel more comfortable receiving the gifts of those that care about you.

Better health is another important benefit because inner conflict promotes disease.

My message to you is a call to awaken and act on your individuality and inner truth.

Take charge of your life by looking into yourself and awakening your unique individuality. Express the beauty of who you are. Illuminate others by demonstrating the power of the light within.
